Breathwork is an incredible practice which enables us to become more present,  release blocks/stagnations and connect with source.

 

Stress is a part of life and we are living in intense times to say the least. We must do what we can to care for our bodies, minds and spirits.

 

When we are stressed our breath can become dysregulated affecting our physiology and our mental state.

 

Breathwork can be utilized to change a mind state and also physically move energy. I believe it also has a powerful effect on our auric body.

​

During this event we will be exploring 3 methods of breathwork that can be brought into your daily life for health and transformation. We will begin Qi Gong exercises which combines movement, breath and intention. 

 

The Celestial Sound Journey will follow the breathwork.

 

Tones of the Earth, Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and more will be played creating healing interplanetary intervals. We are able to breathe these frequencies into our cells. 

 

Consider this event to be an energy healing experience that deeply supports each participant, in a sacred circle which radiates beyond the walls in which we reside.

 

April 27th is a New Moon which is a powerful time for releasing the old while setting intentions for the future.

 

Bringing these intentions empowers them as this event is a ceremony.

 

A ceremony of letting go and receiving.

A ceremony of communing with the breath, body, spirit and  celestial energies.

A ceremony of love, gratitude and compassion.

 

There will be an offering of herbal tea and nervous system elixirs, as well as light snacks.

A padded mat, blanket and cushion is provided for each participant.
